TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHECK-IN FEE (diagnostic + first hour of labour combined):
- $150 for PCs, Macs and laptops
- $100 for phones and tablets
This single fee covers the diagnostic AND the first hour of repair work.
If the diagnostic is quick and the repair takes under an hour total,
you still pay only this fee. Any labour beyond the first hour is
charged at our standard hourly rate.
WARRANTY:
90 days on all repairs.
DATA RESPONSIBILITY:
LithGeek is NOT responsible for any data loss that may occur during
the repair process. You are responsible for backing up your own data
before bringing your device in. Bringing your device to us for repair
acknowledges that you accept this risk.
OTHER:
- Passwords are not transferred during backups or device transfers.
- Software licences (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.) do not transfer
between devices.
