We are a tiny yet mighty computer shop based in Lithgow, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Unlike big-box stores, we prioritize quality and trust over quick profits.
Though we’re a small-town business, we bring Silicon Valley-level expertise right to your doorstep!
We purchased Lithgow Tech Services in 2023 and recently changed the name to Lithgeek Custom Gaming Computers — though we do more than just Gaming Computers!
Meet the Team

Kevin “Mac” Mason (Owner)
Kevin is the owner of Lithgeek and your go-to person for anything Apple, Mac, or mobile. He spent 8 years at Apple in California as a Software Specialist — including roles on the Genius Bar and in staff training — and was recognised as an award-winning support agent. Along the way he developed his own anti-malware software for macOS, which gives you some idea of how deep his knowledge runs.
Kevin also runs MacMason Training & Repairs — a dedicated Mac and Apple support service for individuals and small businesses. At Lithgeek he’s known for patient, plain-English explanations (especially with seniors and people who feel “not techy”), creative custom builds, and honest straight-talking: if a repair isn’t worth doing, he’ll tell you.

Felipe “Batman” Plaza
While we often call him Batman, most know him as the “Windows Wizard.” Felipe is an engineer and arguably the most skilled Windows technician in the region!
He specialises in Windows troubleshooting, networking, and getting home and small-business setups running stably and securely. When he’s not at the bench, you’ll find him immersed in his next big project — whether it’s fine-tuning his car or crafting an incredible new case mod.
Tracy Collins
Tracy is the friendly face you’ll often meet first at Lithgeek — helpful, organised, and genuinely enthusiastic about technology. She handles retail support and customer care, and as a keen PC gamer with a growing interest in 3D printing, she’s well-placed to help you find the right accessories and solutions without any sales pressure.

Astro The Wonder Dog
Astro is Lithgeek’s official shop dog and resident morale officer. Stationed at his front-window post most days, he greets every customer, monitors foot traffic with quiet authority, and provides moral support at Senior Tech Classes. He’s currently recovering from surgery — there’s a tip jar at the counter if you’d like to contribute — but you’d never guess it from the enthusiasm he brings to every working day.

We’d love to hear from you — whether you have a question about a repair, want to book a help desk session, or just want to come in and say hello to Astro.
