Personal training: $80 per hour
Group classes: $25 per session — see upcoming schedule

Nothing at all! We start from scratch and go at your speed. There’s no such thing as a silly question here.
Can you come to my home?
Yes! We offer in-home training across Lithgow, Bathurst and the Upper Blue Mountains, including Katoomba and surrounding areas.
What if I forget what I’ve learned?
We’ll give you simple written notes to take home. You can also book a follow-up session — we’re here when you need us.
