Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve already fallen for a scam — should I still come?
Absolutely. Many of our students come to us after a scary experience. We can also check your device for anything suspicious and help you protect yourself going forward.
Can my family member attend with me?
Yes — we actively encourage it. The more people in a family who understand scams, the better protected everyone is.
Are your trainers qualified?
Yes. All our trainers hold current Working with Children checks and Police checks, and have years of experience helping people across Lithgow and Bathurst stay safe online.
